Educational Objectives

The master has been designed to train industrial engineers with a solid technical background, practical knowledge of the most recent and sustainable technologies, and an interdisciplinary, life cycle view of goods, services, and supply chains.

Two majors are available to the enrolled students, allowing them to pursue a Master’s degree either in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering, according to current Italian law.

For both the chosen paths, candidates will be able to choose between two curricular options, respectively focusing on sustainable materials & metalworking or on sustainable processes & energy. Teaching and learning will be mainly lab-based and project-based, with a focus on real engineering case-studies and a strong involvement of professionals and experts from the industry. Internships and international mobility are strongly encouraged and promoted.
